Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Nice big tub with a shower, felt great to soak after being out exploring all day. Nice eating establishments on the premises, also many places to eat within walking distance. Room service was also great. Easy to grab a taxi to the sites right in front of the hotel (front desk will help you get a taxi). Also close to Luxor airport, maybe a 20 minute drive. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. You will appreciate the comfort of this hotel after being out visiting the Temples and sites all day. Definitely worth a stay!

12 days that I will remember fondly. My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying the days in a room with a view of the Nile. The furnishings, the very comfortable bed, the bathroom were excellent. The lobby, the emporium, the Tropicana and the pool area, all the restaurants and shops are beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. There's really nothing to complain about. But the most important thing, and I would like to emphasize this, is the exceptional hospitality of every employee. And that really affects every single department. In 12 days you really come into contact with a lot of employees and every single one of them was friendly, helpful, discreet and absolutely professional in their attitude. It's really rare to experience something like that, which of course also speaks for the management and leadership of a large hotel like Steigenberger. We can't thank you often enough, wish the entire team all the best and look forward to seeing you again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was really great but faced clogging issues which were promptly resolved and I was moved to a better room. Hotel patio gives a relaxed and chill vibe with Violin performances during dinner time. Ate at Lebanese and Italian restaurant, both were good and the service is impeccable. The pool is clean and views of Nile are awesome

This place was exceptional! The service, the very friendly staff, very good breakfast selection, and centrally located. The rooms are very clean and very well kept. Right on the Nile, the views are absolutely breathtaking especially in the am hours when you see the dew over the farm lands across the river. I would highly recommend, especially for those traveling with a family and need the extra comfort.

Steigenberger Nile Palace was an incredible stay, it felt magical! We had a Nile view, at sunrise you can perfectly see the hot air balloons take off. Staff here are always helpful and ready to take care of anything you need quickly. This location was unlike any other place we have stayed at in other countries. Rooms are very clean, food was delicious and and overall you can relax and feel very safe here. Absolutely must stay place. They even had their own mini bazaar on the bottom floor which was beautiful and has all types of unique souvenirs. Perfect place to stay at in Luxor!

Our stay at the Luxor 5-star hotel was a luxurious experience! The Thai and Lebanese culinary delights offered a delectable journey for our taste buds. The festive Christmas decorations added a touch of magic, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The rooms were nothing short of exceptional, providing both comfort and breathtaking views. A perfect blend of opulence, gastronomic delights, and holiday cheer, making our stay truly unforgettable.

I stayed here for two nights during the week in November with a friend to site see in Luxor. The staff knew I was celebrating my birthday and went above and beyond to make me feel special (birthday pancake, decorating the bed and more). We had a two bedroom room with Nile view on the fifth floor. Our room and accommodations were immaculate, view was incredible, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. We ate at the Lebanese restaurant inside on our first night. The food was good, but not better than average and our wait staff was also average. The hotel is central to all tourist sites. There is a large pool and smaller shallow pool (probably for kiddos). The hotel has multiple restaurants and bars inside, jewelry shops, a bazaar, spa, and gym. Beyond all of that, the hotel director let us check in early and gave us his personal business card. Steigenberger is incredible and you will not regret letting them host your stay!

The hotel is very well located on the banks of river Nile and has great views of the river. The food and service is great and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms facing the main road do get noisy. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Ibrahim at Reception needs a special mention as he made our trip truly unforgettable. After a flight delay meant we had to cancel our stay, we then rebooked to stay at the Steigenberger Nile Palace again at the end of our cruise. Ibrahim recognised us, gave us a warm welcome on our return, and surprised us with a room upgrade to the Presidential Suite. We can't thank him enough for making our Valentine's day stay extra special.

The room was spotless with all the amenities of a 5* hotel. The breakfast buffet selection was extensive and delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel, and thank you again to Ibrahim.

It is a incredibly nice location to stay, rooms are modern and breakfast is alright. There are restaurants inside and a few at short walking distance too. I was unluck to stay when there was an American Psychiatrist Conference, so they were quite loud but the noise stopped 10h30pm. You can take a ferry to other side of the river or fellucia ride. Karnak and Luxor temple can be visited By Careem easily if you want to travel independently.

An amazing place, beautiful hotel, awesome service, shout out to Ahmed, Yeyha the chef, and Mohamed the manger from the Lebanese restaurant!! We loved our stay and enjoyed travelling Egypt. We have felt very safe with our tour guide at all places from Giza to Luxor!

This hotel is absolutely perfect for your stay in Luxor. After a long day of touring, this hotel has everything you need to relax and unwind. Situated directly on the Nile, you are welcomed with a warm breeze poolside with plenty of seating options. There are two pools (one large, one small shallow) to cool off after lounging all day in the sun (don’t forget sunscreen). Each of the restaurants on site deliver high quality food and service. You can be seated right on the edge of the Nile and witness an unforgettable sunset while dining. The breakfast buffet included is a must have, expansive and plenty of offerings for all. (The bread table rivals Joel Robuchon!) The rooms and bathrooms are well updated and comfortable. We also utilized the spa which delivered top notch massages for each member of my family. We will absolutely stay here again and tell our friends about this wonderful place in Luxor.

During this summer, me and my boyfriend wanted to visit as much as we could visit in Egypt… We booked two nights in Luxor and we regretted it ! Not because we hated it ! We loved this hotel so much that we wanted to stay longer there :)
We were upgraded and our room was just perfect ! We had an amazing view on the pool and on the Nile.

What a great place to be. In a very busy area of Luxor and after you have entered you feel you are in a different place. Tranquility and relaxing. The Thai restaurant is a must visit very flavourful food and friendly staff.

Great place, with nice restaurants and clean spacious rooms. The pool is well kept and right in front of the Nile. Close distance to major temple's. If you want good value, and a nice place to come rest after temple visits this is a great place.

Clean rooms, amazing service, and excellent amenities. The place was lively and felt like home. Amazing, 10/10. Went to the gym here also, it was good quality and had everything you needed to get a good workout in.

Had a great time being gasts in this lovely hotel. Good rooms, perfect housecleaning, superfriendly and service oriented people running the place together, 3 good restaurants (live musicians were a bit lame, I missed a singer) and a warm swimmingpool with poolservice. We will come back next year because we felt really pampered and everything was arranged and organized just right.

I stayed at the Steigenberger Nile Palace during my October 2023 visit to Egypt. This was a two-week trip and included stays at several different hotels. Without question, the Steigenberger was the best hotel of any of them. It is a beautiful facility, in a wonderful location, and the eating choices and service in the hotel could not have been better. The general manager was particularly helpful on a number of occasions. I unequivocally recommend the Steigenberger.
