Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino

I needed to fly out from Cairo International quite early on my last day in the city, so chose this hotel near the terminal. In the morning they had regular shuttles to the departure terminal so it was very easy to get there. I was pleased to be upgraded to a room on the top floor and enjoyed the fruit basket, tea maker and 4th floor lounge. I would stay here again.

I want to leave this review because I was surprised by this hotel. First of all, I want to thank the staff. Despite the fact that check-in to the room is from 2pm, they were able to check me in at 10am with a room upgrade. I got big and tidy room with a garden view and delicious compliment from the restaurant - sweet and fruits. Small details but it’s very nice. You made my trip more comfortable. Thank you for the service. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL 100%

Our flight was delayed and EgyptAir booked us in for the night. We got to the hotel at 2h00 in the morning and was very rudely told by the BellBoy that his Manager said there's no rooms available and that we must return to the airport. After talking to the reception personel we got a room about an hour later. The room was on the Executive Floor and not clean and tidy and had no complimentary coffee, tea, etc. House keeping did supply us when we requested it. I understand that we were unexpected guests and also accept the fact that the room wasn't ready and I will not mark the hotel down for that, but the attitude of the bell boy was unacceptable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Passage Hotel in Cairo, and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the stunning views of Cairo from my window, which added to the overall charm of the stay.

As I need to eat glutenfree it is not always easy to enjoy holidays
Being in Le passage it was no problem at all. For breakfast wonderful little bread rolls, enough other choices.

Amazing hotel close to airport. Friendly and professional staff. Nice & clean rooms ( fruits plate, chocolat, water at arrival). Good breakfast/ buffet. Outdoor swimming pool, gym, ... Many restaurants at the hotel. Lobby/bars and small shops. Big garden.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern, clean, and luxurious the hotel was and how kind the staff was. Also the breakfast was amazing. It was not my first choice and I hadn’t heard of the hotel but I will certainly stay there again.

Great hotel. Fantastic staff. Free shuttle. Rooms perfect. I was very pleased.

Only downside is they are very strict on the 2pm check-in. Don't even try to pay your way out of it! Lol. Just grab a lounger and sleep until your time comes. ⏲

Near the airport, 3 minutes away, perfect for those who are tired from long trips, good food and services, and lovely personnel beside the private security guard outside which is not the nicest guy. Nice swimming pool, there even a barber shop inside and jewelery seller and souvenirs ... also a bodybuilding gym

Perfect for 24 hours in Cairo!
It was so easy to get there, and we felt so at home… the food in the lobby restaurant was reasonably priced, and the Arabic Mezze was just right for us after a long plane ride! I meant to take a photo of it, but we were so starved it was almost gone when I remembered!
The room was lovely, the A/C worked great, high pressure hot water shower was delightful, and the linens were so cozy! Note: if you want to take a tour to the pyramids or anywhere else from here, most tours charge a surcharge, since it is considered an “airport hotel”. But I think we would still stay here again, because it was so convenient and the price was right!

Le Passage is close to the airport and there is a shuttle service that fetches you and drops you off at the airport at your convenience.

Pretty good, check in and checkout were quick. I used room service overnight and found it great. The hotel was clean overall and vibes were 10/10.

Ms Febi and Mr. Basel very nice and kind people. Very helpfull and smiling. All went smooth. Very clean. I recommend. I will come back.

Le Passage Cairo Hotel is the best place to be and I enjoyed my stay while waiting for the connecting flight to Heathrow. The staff were awesome and the meals were memorable.

I'm so glad I chose Le Passage for my wedding preparations and shoot. The suite was very clean. All the services were available at all times without any delay. Food was the most delicious of all hotels I've been at, the three meals were exquisite. As for the shoot, the hotel was provided with a variety of locations to take pictures. Everything was perfect, we're so excited for our next visit
