Sixt Rent a Car | Cairo Airport

Just checked in with Mohamed Sayed and had a great experience. He upgraded my car and was very pleasant. I highly recommend Sixt Egypt and working with Mohamed specifically.

All went well. They even let me use their own Hot-spot internet to confirm payment and later at drop-off. Very quick drop-off. Nice service.

Yawsser is patient and professional, and also we are china citizens, and some troubles between but it is perfect solved. Translation version is needed if you are from china or given your u.s. license.

for the past 5 years, renting a car during my annual vacation, and this year's experience was just as great as before. One month before my trip, I easily booked a Peugeot 5008 through their website, which was a breeze compared to the payment issues I've had with other rental companies in the past.

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, I was informed that the car I had reserved was not available, but the airport associate offered me a Grand Cherokee as an upgrade. They assured me that they would exchange it for the car I had booked once it became available. Car pick-up was fast, and the Sixt representative at the parking lot was welcoming, friendly, and polite. The car was immaculate and appeared to be brand new, despite being a 2019 model.

After a week, Sixt contacted me to exchange the car, and I arranged to do so at their office in City Stars mall, which was quick and efficient. Additionally, I accidentally left my water bottle in the original car, but the office contacted me to arrange for its return.

The key to Sixt's success in Egypt is their excellent communication, friendly customer service, and prompt support. I was also impressed with their associates' support when I visited their office at City Stars.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Sixt for anyone looking for a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable car rental experience in Egypt. They are by far better than other branded car rental companies in the country. Thank you, Sixt, for another great experience!
