Pakri peninsula with former Paldiski border guard station. High limestone cliff from which is possible to see magnificent views to Finnish gulf. During summertime a lot of tourists but empty when winter starts. Possible to visit nearby lighthouse Nd drink a coffee but only during the touristic season.

Must see.
This cliff and lighthouse at Pakri, close to a town called Paldiski some 50 kilometers away from Tallinn, form a quite spectacular place. During soviet times the whole Estonian coastline was strictly off-limits for local residents let alone tourists. Paldiski was and still is important port and the town had soviet army base.
The base of the old lighthouse still stands on the edge, but it will eventually fall into the sea as wind and water keep eating away at the soft limestone cliffs.

I thought it would be perfect place to see some high cliffs without getting too far from Lithuania. And it really met my expectations.
