It's a bit hard to find the way to the manor from the highway, since there are not too many signs. But when you turn off the highway, just go straight until the crossroad, then turn left and then right again, and you will see the gates :) Manor itself is a beautiful one, surrounded by a nice park.

One of the best places to host big events, the people is very kind, they speak English, Finnish and Estonian, the place is amazing it makes you feel like at home!

Усадьба Вихтерпалу была основана в 1622 году, первыми владельцами усадьбы были фон Раммы. В 1919 году до начала периода национализации, владельцем усадьбы была Софи фон Розен (рождённая фон Рамм). Большой двухэтажный господский дом в стиле эпохи позднего классицизма, был построен в 1820-30-ых годах, когда владельцем усадьбы был Густав фон Кнорринг. Фасад зданию украшают три треугольных фронтона, в задней части находится красивая садовая лестница. Центральный ризалит украшают восемь коринфских величественных пилястр с капителями. Основнымэтажемпостройки был второй этаж, так как первый этаж был довольно низким и был отведён для хозяйственных нужд. Вконце 19 века здание немного перестроили. C 1990-ых годов усадьба находится в частном владении. Весной 2005 года после окончания реставрационных работ, господский дом вновь обрёл своё великолепие и прератился в роскошный зал для конференций и в гостиницу. Вихтерпалу является одной из самых красивых отреставрированных усадеб в Эстонии
