Restaurant TV-tower

We went here for lunch. We had got tickets from the Tallinn Restaurant Week and went here. The restaurant week offer had a set menu.

We had the wild mushroom ravioli for our mains. We paired it with some white wine. The wine was regular one easy to drink. However the ravioli was just amazing. One of the best tasty sauce I have ever had. It was delectable. The filling inside the ravioli was perfect and the paired well with the sauce. It was a fulfilling main.
We followed that on with a desert which was a brownie and ice cream and it was so good.

The food was great and you also get to get on the tv tower without a ticket with that. It’s a great place and if you go there definitely try the ravioli.

Place with one of the most amazing views in Tallinn. Food is very delicious. Sincerely recommend to visit this place at least once in your life. Price might be a little bit spicy but I think it’s worth it for the experience.

Very good food and the service was excellent. The waiter was very funny and positive, which made the whole experience memorable for us. The price was not very expensive compared to the food quality and the view.
The restaurant gives access to a balcony so you can enjoy the sunset.

It's totally insane how amazing it was to be here. I randomly order a starter. I was remarkably good... the staff is very friendly and pleasant, the waited recommend me a good local drink together with the meal.
The interior blends nicely with the views through the windows.

Food and service was great, unfortunately they don’t have coctails but you can get G&T and probably some classics.

The ticket to the restoraunt is 3€ per person. Also, there's birthday discount you can use while booking (+- 5 days from your birthday)!

Great steak and salmon. Hostess was nice and knowledgeable about the wine selection. Also had a coffee with the Panacota.The views and atmosphere was amazing. Overall, a great evening!

If you are visiting Teletorn, then don’t forget to take the stairs and visit the restaurant so you can access to the balcony to walk outside :)
The waiter was kind and the food was good. One thing to note, people carelessly smoke on the balcony!

This place is a bit confusing - there seems to a be a fine dining restaurant at the top of the TV tower and then there's Wöör - a more casual restaurant which during the summer operates in the dome-shaped tent at the bottom of the tower (separate maps page under 'Kuppel suvelounge') and the rest of the year, from the tower restaurant. Thus, I suspect the dining experience will vary greatly, but I can say the takeawy fast food I ordered via Wolt was great.

Good place to city whole tallinn from top, being a vegetarian not enjoyed the food though.

Helpful and kind service - prepared burgers for take-away. Coffee and cocktails were also good. Fantastic view of whole Tallin city and nice atmosphere.

Cool place as its in concrete but cozy!

Excellent service. Great food. I recommend the local rhubarb white wine, not too dry or sweet. I had the excellent guinea fowl with mash, amazing. Chocolate fondant with artisan ice cream and different berries for dessert of course.

I really want the food, service, and the view of course.
Sometimes I had to wait for a while, but that didn't bother me too much as I had plenty of time.

I only had coffee here. But that was good.
