Muhu Museum

Our guide in the museum made the experience unforgettable. Fun and knowledgeable, you can tell how much he loves the island and you get to love it too.

I felt in love with Muhu! It's not only the people, the nature or the magic on this tiny island. It's also this museum which makes this island worth to visit. If you want to get to know more about the history of this island, you should visit it. The people who are working at this museum know a lot and they are always willing to answer your questions. So put this Muhu muuseum on your bucketlist, and you will not regret it! (actually i wanted to give 6 stars, but only 5 stars were possible ;) )

Interesting museum for all family members. Wonderful old national costumes exposition.

I want to give 6 out of 5. Especially to very nice guide who was very kind, talkstive and gave us many insights. Even light a fireplace on rainy day to make us more comfortable. He truly loves his job. Thank you for great time!

A small museum, but worth a visit

Whether pasting through Muhu on the way to Saaremaa or staying on Muhu itself, the village and surrounding area of Koguva is a must-see. Super location, great old buildings, a lone windmill, hiking to the shore, etc., it's all wonderful there.

We are very happy that we had the chance to visit Muhu museum. Even though there are not that many visitors these times and we were afraid the place might be closed, they were happy to welcome us. There is a lot to see and a definite must go when in Muhu.

If You want to know, how islanders lived hundred years ago, that's the place.

Well preserved village containing various artifacts, neatly arranged which allow one to visualize life of the ancestors on Muhu and understand local culture. A must do if visiting muhu / saaremaa

Amazing place. Like going back in time and feeling what it was like to live in a different century. Fairytale vibes!

Did not find it in first go, google direction was wrong. Called to them and got right directions. A lot to see, informative. Good, friendly staff. Ticket 3€ p/p.

Not big but interesting. Definitely worth a visit. Should be combined with a visit of the „cafe“ at the harbour.
