Ordered a sofa. Ready and delivered in one month. But the wrong model! Transport people refused to take away immediately, had been blocking my corridor for five days, had to literally crawl under it :/ Wrong sofa gone; two months pass. Proper sofa arrives. But the footrest is broken(( Notified factory five days ago, your email was forwarded to blah-blah. Still waiting for an answer. Result: here I am, 3.5 months later, with a broken sofa( You at bellus have to learn to care for your clients. Right now it's "we got your money - take a walk".

I've sent you an email a week ago. Can you please answer it?

I ordered the sofa from the store in Riga. Delivered the wrong model and very low quality! I called the store, but they refused to take the sofa back. They said that we need to wait for a response from the manufacturer. It's been three weeks now and still no response.

Incredibly dirty filling in the bead. Literally looks like rolled in the dirt. Before purchase ask, I can provide pictures. Definitely not worth the price.
