I am extremely grateful for the professional service provided by the visa officers at the US Consulate. They were considerate, offering practical advice in various aspects and providing additional reminders. By the way, they are currently the fastest US Consulate in terms of email responses that I have encountered.

just I would like to thank the US Embassy in Guayaquil and the agent (window 2) for helping me out in renewing my US passport. I made an appointment for 8/17 and for for unknown reason my name wasn't listed so I wrote a note to the US Consulate and got an inmediate response scheduling an appointment 30 minutes later. grateful for taking care of this matter. US ROCKS!!!

I have been here several times and always have received an excellent service. My passport with the visa is given on time and they totally understand each ones situations.

Saludos a quien tenga el agrado de leer. La atención es muy buena. La gente es muy gentil allí dentro y son claros dando las indicaciones. Consejos:
1. Lleguen temprano
2. No lleven tanto papel salvo el formulario, el turno, pasaporte y foto.
3. La foto que llevan tipo pasaporte debe der reciente. Eso es muy importante sino deben salir a tomarse la foto y pierden tiempo.
4. Repasen el formulario que llenaron inicialmente les preguntan lo mismo.
5. No usen cinturones, anillos, llaves, celulares, vayan con alguien que los espere afuera así andan relajados.
6. Respuestas cortas y firmes.

Estube ahí esta semana no Ingrese solo estube en la parte de afuera esperando a un familiar que saco su residencia y por lo que el me conto lo trataron de maravilla lo ayudaron mucho y an sido muy amables, y me dijo que ahí dentro es muy bien limpio todo y muy organizado.. Por mi parte puedo opinar de la parte de afuera que es muy limpio y los guardias muy amables.. Lo que no sabia es que no es permitido tomar fotos y cometí el error de tomar una foto para recuerdo y para poner en google maps. Pero se acercó el guardia y muy amablemente me dijo que borrara la foto y la borre y tomo mis datos y foto de mi cédula que espero que no tenga problemas con eso por que no hice nada malo.. En fin me gusto mucho el area y pues algún día si es que me animo a pasear en Estados Unidos aplicare para la Visa y ahí conoceré las instalaciónes por dentro y podre opinar..
