Quedé gratamente satisfecha con la atención recibida por la Gerente de esta sucursal de Nagua, Madelin Brito, desde el primer momento que la contacté vía teléfonica para gestionar la instalación de mi aire acondicionado. Esperaron pacientemente que se terminaran unos trabajos en mi casa para la instalación. Igualmente estoy muy agradecida del técnico a cargo, Richard Vargas y el equipo que vino. Muy atentos y puntuales todos. Bendiciones.

Yes parking is tough, but easy enough to get what we came for. Clean store, all goods laid out, even with my limited Spanish they were helpful.

Puedo decirte que el lugar tiene buena ubicación, pero no tiene parqueo es difícil entrar a comprar

Small branch of a national appliance merchant. It has limited inventory and untrained staff. The saleslady who waited on me couldn't get the TV to work that I was interested in buying. The original batteries that came with the remote were depleted, and they apparently don't stock any spare AAA batteries in this store. It's amazing that the manager of an electronics store wouldn't have the foresight to keep inexpensive spare batteries on hand, so they could demonstrate the items they are selling ! 🤦🏽‍♂🤷🏽‍♂
Also, the parking spaces in this crowded little plaza are very limited.... Not the best shopping experience. Needless to say, I bought my TV elsewhere.

Very good variety on appliances, but delivery is terrible.
I bought one appliance in Nagua and they didn'thave it in the store. San Francisco had it, but I had to wait a truck coming from Santo Domingo next week to go to san Francisco to pick it up. Take it to the capital again until the next week to be delivered to me in Cabrera. A non-sense at all
