Surelys Silverio is an excellent and genuine customer service leader. My short experience at the STI Airport was short and and pleasant thanks to the courtesy and high quality of service demonstrated by her staff. i’m please to abb con knowledge and recognize this excellent talent at the STI Airport.

I always stop there on my way back to NY. The staff is great. The service is exceptional. The owner is one that works the hardest of them all. I'm not saying the staff doesn't work hard, they do.

La dependiente no está motivada, luce fastidiada y lo peor no te advierte de las políticas de venta de la empresa,

Horrible customer service, won't buy from them anymore, the employees just want to be on their phones or talking between each other, I had to wait long time for them to give me what I ordered, employees needs to be replaced with people who want to work.

Be careful with skinny tall girls. Second time, don't give change.

All of the ladies working at this store have a bad attitude, they act like ordering something in there to them is a problem, definitely not buying there again, service sucks/Todas las que trabajan en esta tienda tienen una mala actitud, actúan como si ordenar algo allí fuera un problema, definitivamente no volveré a comprar allí, el servicio apesta

Estoy desepcionada... compré dos tazas del mismo color ayer ... bueno eso pensaba yo 😳😳😳 cuando llego a NY la chica me cambio la taza que había comprado por otra... y por yo no revisar me lleve una taza que no quería... sugerencia si van a comprar antes de irse revisen lo que le envuelven... porque cuando llegue a NY me lleve tremenda sorpresa y no era lo que esperaba entonces defectuosa 😫😫😫😫😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
