This is one of the best places I have stayed in Santiago. It's close to everything and the customer service was excellent! I was there during hurican Irma and they took great care of me, they made sure that I was as comfortable as can be. My flight was cancelled twice so I had to stay a extra 7 days and the owner understood my situation and was willing to work with me on the price on the extra days. You can not beat this hotel for the money. I strongly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Let’s start by saying you get what you pay for. This hotel is under $100 USD per night, it has decent and clean bedrooms & bathroom, nice bedding, great AC, good location, great staff, good breakfast, and overall good experience. What’s on the down side? Little to no parking, up to 5 floors walk-up (lobby in 2nd floor; bedrooms in 3rd and 4th floor; breakfast and terrace in 5th floor), and it may be noisy in the weekends. My advice is to pick a room located facing the other side of the street to prevent from noisy nights and mornings.

This is a new hotel in a very good location with a great price. The staff was very helpful they helped me to get a taxi and gave me great suggestions of places to visit, I spoke to everyone in Spanish but I felt very welcomed as a foreigner. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a great selection of meals which can be chosen the night before. Depending on what room you are in you can have a great view but if you prefer something quieter ask for a room without a view. There is a good selection of tv channels. There is hot water if you're accustomed to taking hot showers. The wifi works well throughout most of the hotel and if you want a better connection there is claro phone store very close by where you can buy a sim card with an internet package. There are many great places in walking distance of this hotel. There are two plaza malls with movie theaters, stores and food courts inside, there are also a few banks and supermarkets. Also thre a re few tourist destinations that are not that far away, you can take a taxi, moto or even walk to some of them. The rooms are new and everything comfortable and working. There is a great tv channel selection and air conditioner. If anything is lacking just ask the staff and they're very quick to help.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Some rooms don't receive the best wifi signal. I am wrote this review from the hotel with 3/5 bars, but that's good enough for me.

This hotel is just in the city centre of Santiago, it has all shopping facilities and a cinema too nearby. Directly vis a vis you'll find a large hospital, so this hotel is good adress for the stay of family members, if someone needs to stay longer there. The accessibility from the innercity main street is very good and from the highway too, it's easy to find. The rooms are in modern style and has all the necessary things, such fridge, aircon and a tv with better quality than any 5*hotel in Santo Domingo. The bath room is a little bit small, but the shower is great and in good conditions. The water comes fresh, cool and full pressure, if you know the water problems in the Dominican Republic than this is an amazing plus for your stay overthere. The only bad fact is that they don't have a large mirror in the room for check yourself, you fancy business outfit. The breakfast room is on top of the hotel and you will have a amazing and nice round view about all of the main street Calle Duarte. This all together will give you good inspiration for your further trip or stay in Santiago. Best recommandations just for visit the world famous Centre Leon, which is just 5 min by car. The airport is about 20 min by car, but they don't offer a shuttle service, but ask them for the best uber fare. Best recommandations!

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my wife & our daughter and I tell you the service there is 100% beyond good they treat u like family they clean everyday the feed you in the morning if u come in with bags the gentleman take it up for u If u call downstairs they fast to bring u what u need the cleaning lady's are the best.i will recommend this place to anyone oh and the hospital is right across the street if u get sick the price I paid for the days I stayed was great I hope the price does not go up cause I'm going back in August
