The view! Only high cuisine restaurant in the area. Service is quick, not that many people around either. I visited a quiet sunday late afternoon. If learning german, do not be shy to speak some.

Food was amazingly good, great portions, affordable price.

Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 to 19 hrs. Not a bad idea to confirm if its open before going.

It was some years actually, pre COVID, since I visited Aubergine. I thought of it as one of the better restaurants then - and they have not lost one beat. Excellent! is all I can say and I will be back. For sure!!!

The food is a nice fusion of multicultural food, Dominican, German, French, Italian and Asian. You cannot ask for a better view just 1 hour + from Santo Domingo

The place was outstanding, the view its incredible, the food spectacular and the price reasonable. Social distancing measures were taken and the tables are apart each one of them. I felt safe all the time I were there. The chef even came to the table to check on us and the food and that's a plus for great service. If you are in the area, don't hesitate and take yourself a trip to the restaurant. It's worth it.

Geat views over mountains and San Cristobel to the Caribbean. An imaginative and original menu from which the food amply delivers, well cooked and flavourful.
The service is attentive but unobtrusive and the atmosphere relaxed making it an excellent place for a leisurely meal.

Fantastic experience today for lunch at Aubergine! The views, location, menu, service and the attention from the owners. I recommend the shrimp aubergine starter, and the Angus beef in a creamy, black pepper sauce, and the apple strudle for dessert.

Love the place

Nosotros fuimos a comer un postre y nos gustó tanto que volveremos a comer. El clima es muy rico, se siente fresco. No se necesita vehículo 4x4 para llegar.

La vista es hermosa y un ambiente muy tranquilo.

Tiene una vista espectacular, me gustó mucho la atención tanto de los empleados como el dueño, fue siempre atento.
La comida estuvo muy buena y lista en un tiempo moderado. Es un ambiente agradable para compartir en familia, la ruta para llegar un poco tediosa pero eso lo hace más especial. Vale la pena.

Excelente lugar, una vista hermosa ambiente tranquilo, solo están atendiendo por reservación, la comida es muy buena y los precios son aceptable, tienen una buena variedad de vinos, solo deben mejorar con la temperatura de la comida debería salir caliente.

Un excelente Restaurante fuera de la ciudad, Ambiente acogedor, el personal atento. Un lugar con una hermosa vista.
La comida sin desperdicio, la presentación es delicada y anima a comer y no querer irte.
Sin lugar a dudas vale la pena el viaje.
