NOAH Restaurant & Lounge

Had dinner around 9pm. Food was delicious. Everything we had was great from the appetizers to the entres and desserts. Service was exceptional and the place had a fun birthday vibe. Calm music playing at a decent value to allow for small talk. Restaurant is on the pricier side compared to other food options but totally worth it for quality. We spent about $200 USD (paid by card) for 4 people.

I had such a good time at this restaurant! The food was really delicious, and the staff were super friendly and quick with their service. I tried a few different dishes, and they were all amazing. The cheesecake for dessert was totally worth the wait. Plus, I went on a night when they had live music, and the performance was fantastic! Would recommend!

Outstanding service, octopus was extraordinary. Waiters extremely attentive & anticipatory. We’ve traveled & eaten all over Europe & US; Noah’s is a definite MUST & AFFORDABLE. Pulpo a la Gallega along with Flat meat al Grill is a perfect combination! Thanks to Ramon for an amazing experiance in Santiago!

Been here multiple times. One of the best places to visit in Santiago. Good food, excellent service and great ambiance.

I went to this restaurant on a week days. I went by myself and the service was really bad. I don’t know if it was because I was by myself and they didn’t gf or not.
They don’t have specific signs where it should be the main entrance for the valet parking, so I drove myself to the parking lot.
I walked up the hill and I went up the stairs and the girl kinda rude told me that the main entrance was on the other side of the restaurant, so she made me to walked around the restaurant. When I parked my car I remember a guy sitting outside the kitchen taking a break I guess and he didn’t even say anything about I was walking the wrong direction. No help at all.

Otherwise food and drinks were good.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santiago.
It’s on the center of Santiago by the monument, you can actually see the monument from here.

The staff is nice and food is so delicious.
The prices are a bit expensive.
They have valet parking.
The accept credit card.
They have a wide menu of drinks and food.

They have inside & outside door.
One think you should know is that they have a dress code for inside space, no shorts for man or informal for women.

They have a nice atmosphere

Best restaurant in DR! Went there twice in a week. Great value for your dollar. I mean this place is better than so many fancy and expensive restaurants in the states. I would have expected to pay $300 in LA for the good, service and quality we got here.

Noah Restaurant in Santiago left me thoroughly impressed. The front terrace provided a fantastic ambiance, complemented by perfect lighting and great music. Choosing a favorite dish was a delightful challenge, whether it was the flavorful caldo de pulpo, the mouthwatering chicharrón glaseado, or the rich concon de arroz. The extensive cocktail list was a pleasant surprise, and I couldn't resist trying several; each one was a delicious adventure. Noah Restaurant is a culinary gem that masterfully blends atmosphere, diverse menu options, and exceptional cocktails. A must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable dining experience.

We were nicely greeted and accommodated by the security guard outside who helped us find a parking spot. The food was really good though the sushi my companion had tasted bland, the tartare and steak more than made up for it. I would turn to look for my waiter and they would get to my table in seconds to assist.

The attention was good, the personnel is patience, and friendly. The food was Great. Delicious from the entree to the dessert. No complaints.
The restaurant ia elegant but It's a casual dressing place. In terms of price, yeah, is expensive but the food is well worth.

The chicken sushi was amazing !!!!! And the Noah pork was different

Oh my!! I had the Eggplant, delicious. Then the Tuna which were in the funnels served Asian style. Gotta wash that down with the Presidente Beer. So good I came back for lunch the next day. The service was Top Notch. If you want to go inside you need to have on Pants and a Button downed shirt. When in Santiago this is the best place for me.

This place is a must took my boyfriend there for his b day one hour before closing long day but the fact they received us and gave us the most dope service I’ve experienced in Dominican Republic set the tone for the rest of the festivities that night the food A1 drinks A1 everything was perfect shout out to Howard he was an amazing server and staff

Excellent restaurant with great selection of fine food and wines. Great service something that in DR is very rare to get good service and in this place they know how to treat a customer. We tried a few starter, lechón glaseado and croquetas de pollo was our favorite. We also had mofonguito relleno de ropa vieja no one liked it just was not what we expected ..for main dish we had the ribeye 16oz cognac and chillo(red snapper) fish dishes.. all were excellent...ribeye was juicy and tender..we order to go a pie of their wood oven pizza..Family member (Local) who tried were surprise with the taste...definitely will return here next time I’m in DR..

It's a high-end franchise restaurant. Great food and ambiance. The place to be seen in Santiago.

Great place to hang out, have a few drinks, and enjoy the live music on Thursday nights! Attentive servers, and great food & atmosphere. Can't go wrong here.

Fresh food, great drinks and awesome apps. We came with a large party of about 10 and they accommodated us in their outdoor space

Thanks for the yummy dishes, house wine and kind service. Will visit again.
