SIRUP's

When I lived in Odense while studying, this was the best café that could do it all. From being an open calm bright space throughout the day for studying with friends, to a perfect lunch break place with the tastiest salmon salad, to a cozy dark cocktail place in the evening. I really recommend SIRUP’s. Even though there is calm music playing continuously, it is not loud and quiet enough for studying, as the architecture is made in a specific way which makes it almost impossible to hear conversations from the neighboring tables. Really wonderful place!

Romkugle was as good as a bartender promised. And yeap there is a lot of very expressionistic art on walls.

Flat white with great flavour (perhaps ask for 5% less milk) but really great flavour

Bun with cheese 🧀 Perhaps the best I ever had, especially the bun, was crazy good!! 😋

You even get an "Anthon Berg chocolate" with the coffee 🤯 worth € 1,5 by itself 😄

Also really like that you get a flask of water and some savoury salt sticks free with a drinks order, which is great (and sensible!) when the drinks taste so good and go down so fast! ;)

We sat outside through the back, which is covered overhead. It is a smoking area, with lots of blankets and heating lamps, plus ones under the table (sadly we couldn't get ours to work).

Cosy atmosphere - although it can get quite loud later on in the evening, which is unavoidable of course being a popular and well liked place!

Nice Place. Good to very good coffee. Very friendly staff. Served with love and little goodies (a toffee along with coffee). Definitely a good place to start your day or have an afternoon hang. Quiet and comfy.

Sirups is my go to place for drinks and having out with friends downtown. Would definitely advice their cocktails. They can make most things just ask for it. Even if it isn't on the money.

Hyggeligste kaffebar i Odense. Altid summende af liv. Vand kommer med det samme til bordet. Altid et Nice touch! Uden beregning, vel og mærke. Til gengæld koster en kop the også kr 47. (Der er kraft nok i theen til 2 omgange varmt vand).

Ud af de nok 500 gange jeg har besøgt Sirups (jeg kommer her ugentligt for at lave skrivearbejde) har jeg aldrig oplevet andet end god service, rare tjenere og dejlig kaffe og mad. Hvis jeg besøgte Odense som turist, ville jeg ikke drikke min kaffe andre steder end her.

Fantastisk sted! Blev mødt med venlighed, gejst og charme og en karaffel koldt vand inkl. glas (på huset). Efter bestilling kom meget hurtigt vores drikkevarer og et glas med saltstænger på bordet, så den lille sult kunne stilles, indtil maden, der også blev hurtigt serveret trods rimelig travlhed, blev serveret. Lækker mad og helt fantastisk personale (med virkelig god tone hinanden imellem). Kan kun anbefales!!

Mega lækker kræsen for detaljerne. Et sted der indbyder til næste ankomst så snart man har forladt det.
