A fabulous meal that made food a great evening. The wine and soft drink pairing were both very good and the food outstanding. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Svendborg!

We had a fabulous and very happy evening at Resume eating delicious beautifully prepared food and drinking excellent very well paired wines. The staff looked after us very well, were very informative, and a lot of care was taken by the chefs to accommodate various food intolerances we had specified on booking. We particularly enjoyed the crispy fish skins with the pickled sauce and the pollock fillet with lobster ravioli. The sorrel sorbet was also delicious and very refreshing. Thank you.

Love the concept of a completely set menu which changes every 14 days. Compliments to the Chef for his creativity in presenting an eccellent and exquisite menu. The experience of the meal is as important as the food itself and the way the food was presented in an interesting and appealing way adds to the experience and overall value of the meal. Pleasant and friendly staff.Highly recommended.My 2nd visit here and I will surely be coming back for more delish dining experience!!!!

This was a wonderful eating experience at a very good price. The menu had a nice few experiments, some imaginative flavour combinations, but also a rock solid, flavourful and pleasing main course. The wine menu hit the spot with four of the five glasses. And the service was the best of it. Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly, this would be my main reason to return to Svendborg.

Had a family event there and the food and drinks were superb. From start to finish. The only details I could point out was that it got pretty warm until someone opened the church's front door and also acoustically it was not the best which is surprising for a church. But those were details that pale in comparison to the very friendly and attentive staff and the quality of the food and service, hence 5 stars.

Resume er ikke blot Svendborgs bedste restaurant, det er også det ideelle sted for en uforglemmelig spiseoplevelse kombineret med en enestående beliggenhed. Den gamle blå kirke, som huset er beliggende i, danner rammen om en atmosfære, der straks indleder en fantastisk oplevelse fra det øjeblik, gæster træder ind. Maden og tilhørende vine og tilkøbsmuligheder er alle investeringen værd og vækker smagsløgene til live. Vores tilkøb af ostedesserten med blåskimmel og kakao er bemærkelsesværdig og tilbyder en unik smagskombination, der vil efterlade et varigt indtryk. For enhver, der besøger Svendborg, er et besøg på Resume et must, hvor kulinariske udskejelser og enestående atmosfære forenes for at skabe en uforglemmelig spiseoplevelse.

Rigtig smukt, den æstetiske oplevelse fejler absolut ingen ting, hverken hvad angår mad eller indretning og rigtig flot vin menu ..
Fantastisk sød og dygtig betjening.

Det eneste der var at sætte en finger på var den komprimerede melon. Fuldstændig ligegyldig.

En side bemærkning.
Ligeledes var vi lidt øv over at der kun var 1 menu at vælge. Hjemmesiden giver et indtryk af 3. De fortæller i restauranten at man så skal bestille det på forhånd men det syntes jeg ikke booking systemet tillader.

Virkelig en dejlig aften med det bedste mad man kunne tænke sig. suveræn god service af en meget kompetent ung mand. Var kommet fra København og Kommer meget gerne igen. Tak for mad

Vi var 4 personer, der besøgte stedet for 4. Gang. Sidst en so so oplevelse, nok mest pga at der var and som hovedret, og at vi fik en total novice-tjener. Denne gang virkelig sublimt, skønne lokaler med god plads, maden sad lige i skabet og betjeningen til 5 stjerner. Vi kommer snart igen.

Der står En Stor Aften på menukortet, og det passer virkelig godt til det, som man får. Vi havde en Stor Aften på Resumé.
Mange lækre og meget smagfulde retter serveret på kreative måder. Lækre vine og god betjening.
Den Blå Kirke er flotte rammer til en god oplevelse - god akustik og lækker detalje med kig ned til vinkælderen under gulvet 👏🏼
