Der er generelt rigtig godt service, desværre er der en person, som trækker de andre ned! Har flere gange fået fordømmende/vrede blikke, dog kun af en og samme person. Skriver nogle gange på en seddel, hvis jeg skal hente noget MEGET personligt! Og hver gang råber hun SÅ højt, at ALLE på apoteket kan høre det!!! MEGET UPROFESSIONELT OG UBEHAGELIGT!!!

Very unprofessional. The clerk talked for several minutes with a colleague while I was waiting at the counter. The woman was not even trying to help me. I asked for medication for bladder infection but she told me that in Denmark all such medication must be prescribed by a doctor. I asked for herbal medicine. She said maybe at the herbal market but didn’t tell me where one was. She didn’t mention drinking plenty fluids or warmth or any tips to help me.
Very disappointing. That was the first pharmacy I ever visited that was so drastically failing to help.
We hadn’t time to search for an alternative. After we arrived in Norway, the next pharmacy was very helpful and had over the counter medication and my bladder infection cleared up quickly.
