Jakobs Café & Bar

Jakob's Cafe & Bar has a nice ambience on the inside and looks very modern. The outdoor seating area is nice as well when it's good weather as the restaurant is in the center. The burger was delicious and service was really good as well.

I've been to Skagen around end of January, and I spent just one night. I was looking for a place to have dinner and I was having trouble finding a decent restaurant that was still serving food. When I was about to give up, I entered Jakob's at 8:34pm and asked if they were still serving dinner. The waitress told me their kitchen closes at 8:30pm but she was going to ask the cook if they could still prepare something. Not only he accepted, they served me the fish and chips which is a dish they only serve during lunch (or happy hour, not quite sure). I've also ordered the fish soup as a starter, and both dishes were really, really good. The waitress was incredibly nice and attentive even though there was no one else at the restaurant and I've delayed her trip back home. I am SO grateful for these people and this restaurant, and the food is actually delicious! HIGHLY recommended!

Great place for food and drinks. Great atmosphere and placed in the center of Skagen town. 3 time I'm visiting it and I recommend it.

As usual one of my favorite places to go, especially during winter time, so cozY, so familiar, so lovely that you just don't want to go home 😊 💕

Food and service are surprisingly amazing. I say amazing because with a name like ‘Jacobs cafe’ we really didn’t expect much, but the tapas were excellent and the service was great. Perhaps they should change their name because we almost missed this Skagen gem.

We have breakfast here whenever in Skagen. A great start to the day! Pleasant staff, good atmosphere and nice outdoor seating. The breakfast and brunch platters are delicate, varied and filling - with some locally sourced items.

The service here was great. Their "social dining" menu was perfect for us to taste quite a few dishes without overeating (we split 3 small dishes and 3 large dishes between 2 people).
