It’s a good local dining experience. The interior is kept at its unaltered since the 1900s. The food is good too, there was only 1 serving waiter when I was there but they still accept me and my family although we came a little close to closing time. Their scallop is well made on pea purée, their daily fish special is also fresh and delicious, their tenderloin was cooked perfectly with the best fries I have ever tried. Overall a good dining experience 10/10

Full house. We were just lucky to get a table without a reservation. Fast service. Nice foods. I definitely recommend it!

This was a 10/10 in it‘s purest sense of meaning.
The restaurant‘s interieur is a nostalgic daydream while the food itself is nothing but to die for. Especially recommend the Kammuslinger in their sweet little bed of mashed peas-thank you for making this amazing taste in my mouth happen, I will never forget! Thank you, we will definetly come again…and again!!

Sitting in the small rooms have a sense of individuality and privacy the arrival of the Ebeltoft city guard was unexpected. We all enjoyed the food & experience.

Great atmosphere and very nice outdoor seating area. Great selection of dishes. I didn't try the burger as I wanted to try something local, but I saw the burger from other tables and it also looked quite good. Nice local beers also. The inside of the place is quite interesting also. Will definitely be back!
Update Sept-2022: I went back and tried the burger, it was very good! Crispy fried, juicy meat. We sat outside, very cosy and relaxing.

So enjoyed our dinner! Had delicious fresh fish of the day and the kids were super happy with their kid meals. Service was fast and friendly and fantastic English. Looking forward to coming back again!

The best dessert in Denmark. I've been in Dk almost 3 years, this is the first time that I have found the haven of confection.💕 Thank you for satisfying my passion.

Had cake and tea here with friends. Very helpful staff. Lovely food. It is a quaint place filled with odd items.

I had my wedding reception here (10 years ago) and also have eaten here recently. Three restaurant did a wonderful job with my reception and everything was perfect (except the weather!). They cared about all the beautiful details like flower arrangements, table setting, and service. Nothing was too slow or too fast. I also have eaten here on the terrace more recently. The food was nice but there are too few staff members for too many people. It's impossible to get anything.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Do your tastebuds a favour and wine and dine this place like there's no tomorrow. They'll be forever grateful 👌

A small place, rustically decorated with great food. You don't expect at first to get such a big burger. The service was excellent and friendly.
A menu in English would be great but the service will help you out (or the Google translator 😂)

Great Restaurant in a very old building, very nice atmosphere. Very nice people aswell, we felt very welcome. We went there for lunch, the food was outstanding! The kids were having fried fish and loved it, I ordered the burger, which was seriously the best one I ever had. Very much worth a visit, we will be back for sure.

Excellent Danish food and a cozy garden to enjoy it in. Dagens platte was great if you are proper hungry and want to try a bunch of different things (it had a little rhubarb dessert as well) and the fish fillet (rødspatter) was the best I have ever had. Local beers available as well.

Loved this place. Had the scallops and pea puree then the wienerschnitzel. Both were excellent. Nice outdoor seating and good service. You'll need to carry a pram up the stairs though I think but it's not difficult. Would definitely recommend going.

Absolutely love this place, we come back whenever we're in town. Great food, wait times are long but the food is certainly worth the wait

Got the "Stjerneskud" - fresh shrimps prepared by hand, for the price really good! Waited less than 30 min on the main dish, from time of order. All in all OK for the price.

Perfect place for local and tasteful meal. Traditional Danish atmosphere and very friendly staff. Menu only available in Danish but staff translated it on the spot! Great food and presentation!
