A big positive suprise! We have gotten the best possible service, including being offered a nice table outside so we could smoke. The waiter was polite, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Answered questions and gave us an advice. The food tasted great, I've never had a better chicken sandwich in Denmark. Everything fresh, tasty, solid portions and beautifully served. Highly recommend this place to anyone that gets hungry!

Very friendly and delicious. The restaurant tused to be a bank so definitely check out the well protected bathrooms 😁

Hyggelig café i gammel lokal banks lokaler, lidt a la Korsbæk Bank. Maden var god, og fin stemning. Vi gav godt 500 kr for frokost med drikkevarer 3 personer.

Tidligere Bank, som nu er lavet til café. Masser af fede detaljer fra den gamle æra. Gå bl.a. på toilettet i den gamle bankboks i kælderen.
God mad og venlig betjening.
Servering inde og gårdhave om sommeren.

En meget autentisk café/restaurant. I “Banken” føler du at du sidder i en gammel bank - det kunne såmænd være Korsbæk Bank. Maden er rigelig og veltillavet og betjeningen er venlig opmærksom og munter. Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse ved vort besøg. Og priserne er meget rimelige.

Meget hyggeligt sted. Særdeles god betjening, der husker ens sidste besøg. Lækker frokost anretning blev serveret. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Island in Denmark

Bågø is a small Danish island located in the Little Belt 5 km north-west of Assens on the island of Funen belonging to Assens Municipality. With an area of 6.2 km², as of 1 January 2015 it has a population of 25. The island is divided into three low slopes reaching a maximum height of 8 meters above sea level. Essentially an agricultural community, the island's population has decreased drastically since 1950. The village, Bågø By, with its large farm houses lies at the centre of the island.
