En flot landsbykirke, som er bygget omkring år 1100 og består af romansk kor og skib med sengotiske tilbygninger: tårn i vest og våbenhus mod nord, samt et sakristi fra 1848 ved korets østside, som har fortrængt den romanske apsis.
I 1897 fandt man kalkmalerier, der afslørede billeder fra anden halvdel af 1200-tallet, men de måtte tildækkes igen.
I 2009 fik kirken en ny altertavle, udført af billedhugger Grethe Bagge.
