Top notch. I never give 5 stars, but this experience was outstanding 👍🏻... Excellent service and gastronomic-level. We had the 7-course menu with wine-menu. Highly recommended. The chef (and owner) gave us a great experience 👍🏻👍🏻... Restaurant Noms of the north !... Will be back again 😀

It was quite a wonderful experience dining here. Inventive delicious dishes at the right price point. The owner/chef was friendly and explained the dishes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Some people would compare this restaurant as Noma in the north.

Thia is an experience you need to have. Everything about this place has atmosphere, is somehow very grounded and very cozy. Besides that, the food is absolutely top of the line! I mean, absolutely - on a national level, top of the line!

I usually never give five stars rating for anything, but this is well deserved. The restaurant Abstrakt offer a surprisingly good dining experience in a town in the middle of 'nowhere' and only six thousands inhabitants.

I had the five course menu including the wine pairing (a bit above USD 100). I expected the cod to be excellent because of the proximity to the large fishing boat harbour, and it was. The two surprises gourmet wise were the 'cabbage on cabbage' (pictured) dish and the pork condition, both excellent!

I truly hope this restaurant will survive in such a small place, it is a must visit if you ever pass by Hirtshals.

We had the 5 course menu including wine. The quality is very good, also compared to the price. Nice atmosphere and service. If you're in the neighbourhood, be sure to spend an evening here.

Amazing! This is a dinner I will surely remember, as the quality of the food and the combination of the tastes was superb! Highly recommended and they even adjusted the menu for me to make it vegetarian 😊

En helt fantastisk oplevelse. Veloplagt personale, der havde stor viden om mad og drikke. Vi valgte vinmenu kombineret med saft - saft er ikke bare saft! og restauranten har afpasset smagene helt fantastisk.

Det var så lækkert. Og så god tjener der fortalte om vinen. Mega hyggeligt. Helt klart anbefales

Helt igennem fantastisk mad og oplevelse! 😃 Blev meget imponeret over kvalitet og service. Selv desserten blev en del forsinket, men restauranten var venlig at genfylde drinks som var købt til desserten, men som blev drukket inden desserten kom.
