I arrived in Audi car to ask if they had a nut for the bottom. This is a special plastic nut that costs from 10 dkk.
But the employee did not even try to ask or search in the workshop, convincing me that it is VW service.
I doubt his professional knowledge.
Next time, make sure that if you have VW, it's really a VW.
