SAS Cargo

I was pleasantly surprised by the services offered on board the SAS Scandinavian flight with the almost low cost price. The team on board serves you free hot coffee or tea apart from paid drinks. On the back of a seat, you can charge your smartphone or laptop during the flight

I love this company. It is serious, and professional . It is not only because I am a Diamond member for 5 years now, it is because I have proved it to myself taking 100 flights every year, how fast and efficient they are solving your problem due cancelations of flights/delays/compensations... Customer service is excellent, efficient and fast.
However as a Diamond member I get the chance to have drinks for free and it is a nice companion to enjoy the view ;)

I flew with SAS from Copenhagen to the Faroe Islands, one way.

I paid €114.80. The flight was on time.

I am used to budget airlines, and here the difference was obvious - decent legroom, free tea or coffee (even though I'd gone for the cheapest bag-under-the-seat-in-front option) and superb organisation. When boarding the display divided passengers according to seat number. You were told when to board, when to prepare for boarding, and when to stay seated. Try to skip the queue - well the system refused your boarding pass!

The staff were great and the whole experience was superb.

Still think it's one of the best airlines despite all the negative critics. We had a great time flying SAS to New York recently on SAS Plus. Top service and friendly staff. Thank you SAS.
