Excellent Ethiopian restaurant in Copenhagen! The atmosphere, food, and service were all worthy of a 5 star rating! We eat Ethiopian food all over the world, from NY to Atlanta to LA to London, and this is right up there with the best we've had.

I am a lover of my native food, i.e. Ethiopian. It is one of the few things I greatly miss since I left Ethiopia several decades ago. Although it is difficult to get the right stuff, I sometimes drop into some restaurants that serve kind of Ethiopian cuisine here and there during my travels abroad. Honestly speaking, the only authentic Ethiopian food I enjoyed after long time is yesterday at Feven Ethiopian Cafe in Copenhagen. To say the least, Feven Ethiopian Cafe serves exclusive gastronomic delights. I unresrvedly recommend everyone to try for themselves and surely your satisfaction is guaranteed.

OMG, I did forget one important item at the Cafe and uniquely Ethiopian traditional experience. After you finish your meal, you will be invited to a corner in the main room to enjoy a cup of freshly roasted coffee that is imported to Denmark directly from the very birthplace of the coffee itself. You will experience the unique Ethiopian coffee ceremony and enjoy your cup of coffee.

Great food.. amazing people..

Overraskende godt, varieret ... og virkelig velsmagende. De Etiopiske pandekager er yderst delikate, og det er ganske hyggeligt at sidde og “lange” ind på det store fælles fad efter de lækre små-retter, man så selv sammensætter efter behag. Feven’s hjertelige gæstfrihed sætter prikken over i’et. Også god kaffe!
