Absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff were a pleasure to speak to and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel is beautiful and our stay was incredible. Will absolutely be booking again in the future. I'd recommend this to anyone.

We stayed for a total of 3 nights at this hotel. The architecture is very nice and the place is enormous. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were also very good. Nice and clean as you would expect. The location is also good, close to the city and the airport. Overal we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend to other people.

This is my second stay and just as great as the first visit! It is a beautifully constructed building with top-notch staff and experience. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had around the world! I will return any time I am in Copenhagen.

My husband and I stayed at the Bella Sky in August, 2023 for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. The location is very convenient not only to the airport but also Copenhagen's public transportation system. I forgot some items in the room safe when we departed. I phoned the hotel reception and the items had not been located. I also sent an email message to the hotel describing the items. Over 2 weeks later, to my happy surprise, I received an email informing me the items had been found and the hotel staff shipped the items back to me. I commend the Bella Sky staff for their honesty and communication. Thank you!

From the side of service quality it is quite good, because before I got in the city I told them that my feet got injured and ask one bedroom with bathroom after that they agreed with and really try to find a room for me.

Amazing hotel in Copenhagen. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much to the staff at this amazing hotel. I want to give a special Calina Popescu who did everything in her power to make sure that my stay was perfect. She helped me through flight cancellations. She helped me with my friends who were traveling before me. She really rolled out the red carpet. I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely come back to this hotel as a result of her. In addition to Calina Popescu the rest of the staff was amazing as well. Breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was upgraded to an executive suite with a beautiful view of the city. I absolutely loved my time at this hotel.

A nice hotel near the airport and about halfway to the Copenhagen center. Plenty of taxis awaiting to take you anywhere you might need to go from the hotel or just walk about 5 minutes to the Metro. The hotel service was great with great staff. The room is a bit small, but it is just enough and has all you need to have a good night sleep. The carpet in the hallway to the rooms looks old, but the rest of the hotel has so much to offer. Two restaurants, one on each wing to have dinner, Wing one first floor and Wing two in floor 23, but make sure you reserve sitting as they get full and is not easy to get a seat. The morning breakfast buffet is one of the best I had from most Marriott Hotel brands that I had visited, and it was included. Food options are great with plenty of seating, but it get pretty busy after 930 AM. I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind communicating to the center or if you want to save money while staying in Copenhagen.

I really like this hotel. Its architecture is intriguing with a distinct Nordic design. The rooms are beautifully decorated, especially the unique sofa. While not directly in the city center, it's only a 10-minute metro ride away, offering a convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, a quick and affordable cab ride from the airport and convenient to the metro into downtown. The staff was very helpful, Serina was even able to get us into a room early. The rooms are a really good size and offer lots of storage. The bathrooms are a bit form over function but provide everything needed for a nice stay.

The lady who was checking me in was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The hotel is amazing, and the service is exceptional. I enjoyed the breakfast! I had nausea one night and asked them for ice and lime, they were quick to deliver it to me. I recommend this hotel. If you're thinking about taking a taxi to go downtown, it's not a good idea, as it's very expensive, about 40 euros!

Wonderful hotel and staff! They let me and my partner check-in earlier without paying extra, and after our stay leave our bags to visit Copenhagen. Great view from the 16th floor (we booked the City View option) and a excelent breakfast!

Loved staying here- our room was super comfortable and tidy. Staff were kind and helpful. Also nice that the hotel was a little bit out of the city centre so it was in a quieter area but was still easy and quick to get into the centre via the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great room with a beautiful view on the 23rd floor. A huge thanks to Olga who gave me great service from the reception desk.

Only stayed for one night but very impressed! Good location with quick access to public transport. Clean and modern interior. Front desk got us a room upgrade on check in which was extremely appreciated! Great views from the room too. Would definitely stay again.
