Tranekaer Slotspark or Tickon is an amazing place to visit. The park with (it looks like) century-old trees also has "land art", which varies from piles of stones grouped like plant cells, a camera obscura to study the clouds, and many more, such as (my favourite) a "slow clock": a stone that goes down as the wood it is lying on withers away. We make a picture of our growing children next to it every year, to see how some things shrink, others grow with time. Must-visit place on Langeland.

Flot område . Gå blandt kunstværker og sjældne træer . Der tages betaling 25 kroner for en tur i parken.

Ein tolles Schloss mit schönem Park zum Spazieren für die ganze Familie. Auch mit Kinderwagen gut zu bewältigen. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

A very pleasant walk through fields, forests and around a lake. Enjoy the trees and plants, which are numbered with QR codes and a website with information. There is also a number of sculptures and art pieces dotted around to explore. A very enjoyable few hours.
