Got a ticket yesterday for parking outside the parking bay.
What a joke. All I wanted to do is not fuck up my mirror by hitting the pillar (see picture) I was between the lines, but my back was over a bit. Outrageous in my opinion, they just want to make money on people, thats it. Complaining and calling them is not possible, because they transfer you to external company. I hope those motherfuckers will die in hell.

During a 3-week film production in Copenhagen, we paid the parking fees for several cars. Always! Nevertheless, Europark fined us. Their reasons were hard to believe: 1) As soon as you pay the fee for a second car with the same credit card, the first ticket loses its validity. Of course, they still keep the money for the first car. 2) They don't accept printed parking tickets from their own ticket machines because „they might be fake“. Wow, this is really a creative rip-off. #DanishStyle

SCAMMERS, I hope they enjoy money from the good and honest working people and that they are happy for giving fines that are not even right. I hope they will shut you down, because this is more than OUTRAGEOUS. What is even this system? Who are you even when working for this company giving fines like this ? SHAME ON YOU SCAMMERS. I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR BONUS. Clearly, this business model is based on lies and a website where you cannot even call, because you get transferred to a completely different outside company that cannot even help you. :) I wish I could give 0 stars, but I would not be able to give a review

Just because i made i mistake writing the car registration number the made a fine. I have all the proof that i paid for the parking, but they dont care.

Give parking tickets unjustifiably. This company should not exist having this attitude. No way to service support and stupid rules. How comes you can't get the parking fine waived if you show that you had parking valid for the period being.

As a foreigner from Germany, I shopped at the fotex supermarket and parked there for just under 30 min. Now I have to pay 795 dkk, which is disproportionate. I could not see the sign with the parking information from the lot (further only in danish language). Also a ticket was directly blocked with the threat of even higher fees. This is the worst rip-off and completely disproportionate prices. The supermarket should immediately get rid of these guest and strangers unfriendly parking rip-off.

I even wonder how such a company can exist in Denmark. They should have been restructured long time ago.

I encountered the fraud from this company. I've showed them the proof that I never parked for 3 hours or longer(the Danish sign showed free 3 hours parking) but they reject it and request me to pay within 10 days otherwise will hand it to agency to collect the money.

How show I report this case? Any Danish authority which I can report to?

I'll never pay the fraud. Please help me.

coming back i saw a yellow fee for 111 euros
i searched to find an employer to resolve the problem , nobody
i sent them all the documents and after 1 month they responted that i have to pay .
They are thieves and as i can see here i am not the only one who has the same problem with this company

Europark should learn how to treat people with respect and be a bit more customer friendly. No need to be like this, it's a choice..
