I needed a new SIM card quick as I was only in Germany for a couple of days for business. Sophia really helped me out with setting everything up and was extremely cheerful and helpful with the questions that I had!! Thank you so much for incredible service, which I would not expect from a mobile phone/network provider!!

The staff at this Vodafone store is so welcoming to everyone. I normally go to Sophia since she is english speaking. Her above average hospitality, talent, and professionalism is one of, if not the best that i‘ve seen/experienced the past few years. Highly recommend this store to those seeking great service and attentiveness.

Super Service! Ich war bei Ardian und er hat mich sehr sehr gut beraten. Super freundliches und gemütliches Klima. Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter, kann ich nur empfehlen.
