Ich habe am 06.10.2017 Hundefutter dort bestellt. Am 16.10.2017 wegen "Nichterhalt" versucht anzurufen - gibt aber keine Telefonnummer. Also per Mail versucht. Bis heute keine Antwort. Sendungsverfolgung ist nutzlos. Jetzt läuft das ganze über Paypal Käuferschutz. Ich kann keine Empfehlung aussprechen, da erstens die Ware trotz Bezahlung nicht ankommt und keinerlei Kontakt zu der Firma möglich ist. (19.10.2017-für 80 Euro Futter bestellt und bereits bezahlt). Update: 03.11.2017 Rückzahlung über Paypal Käuferschutz. Keinerlei Kontakt über Bioinstinkt möglich.
