Excellent quality service, they even spoke a little English! I was worried, but they put me to ease, and got me the Sim card I needed! I am truly satisfied and I am going back in the future

I went to the O2 Shop in the Goethe Kaufhaus in Weimar for the first time last week. I have been an O2 customer for years and have always been happy with and grateful for the personal service in the shops. However, they really went the extra mile at this Shop. I now have my new phone and am happy with it and grateful, that I will have a person to interact with if I need any help. Thank you O2 Weimar Goethe Kaufhaus!!

I have been a customer in this O2 shop for more than 8 years. Herr Maschke and his colleagues always provide excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. I recommend this shop to all my friends and colleagues. Gern kann man entweder Deutsch oder Englisch sprechen. Top-Service!!

Ich war vor kurzem erst wieder da, um einen Vertrag abzuschließen und meine Erwartungen wurden wieder mal übertroffen.
Ich habe mich super wohl und respektiert gefühlt. Herr Maschke ist auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen und er versucht stets das Beste für einen rauszuholen! Mit seiner freundlichen und offenen Art überzeugt er noch zusätzlich.
Zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen, hier gibt es die beste Beratung, ich würde nie wieder wo anders hingehen!
