GUCCI Frankfurt Airport Store

Staff Chisato & Bil were amazing! Went in to shop & they were both super attentive. They broke down pricing for me as well so I didn't have to figure out pricing without the tax. Chisato even walked me to customs to get my stamp so I could get my VAT tax refund on the spot! This gave me extra savings as I didn't have to go through Global Blue and pay the processing fee & was able to walk out with tax refund money in hand. These sales people were top notch! I would definitely shop here again! Thank you!

(Also, I noticed other comments about English being an issue; however, their English was perfect!)

I have never done any duty free shopping at Frankfurt Airpprt but my first time experience with Petra of Gucci was a pleasant experience as she was very professional, honest and helpful.

I tried to find the YSL reviews but couldn't find one I only found that!
The sales person was by herself. It is her first time in the store. She did not even know how to unlock the buckle of the purse. I was interested in one purse but it had a scrach in the leather. Her answer was I can't give you a discount. My reply was I am not looking for discount, I am looking for a purse with no defect when I buy it. . Her answer was this all what I can offer. What kind of training do YSL give their employees. They need a personality training. This is suppose to be a first class store but this employee far from it.

I can not believe how the sales staffs in Gucci are so unpolite and so uneducated.
Most of them have very bad English which should be necessary qualification to them work in Airport.
I asked them to change my strape (had problem in sewing) in new bag to other model she laughed at me and hand over (almost throw) another, saying 'check'. The staffs are talking about me and my situation by German IN FRONT OF ME!! Frankfruit airport is one of the hub connection to most of European coutries and GUCCI shouldn't use that kind of staffs for your brand images. You are not SUPERMARKET STORE. I payed more than 2000euros and this is not small amount. They have to respect their customer and I dont't think my request was too much.
It was Asian staff with bang hair and i think she is from Japan or China.

The service is horrible, the shop attendant had an attitude that turns everyone off.
