Catastrophe, Unprofessional, Disaster, Lack of Communication, Sheer Incompetence... just some of the words to describe my experience with EZ-Tools.

I ordered a Gedore Toolset on 10 January 2024. I requested a upgrade to DHL Express Delivery to ensure my Package arrives on time as I was moving to another Country. From the outset EZ-Tools refused to upgrade the Shipping to Express but only offers me Priority Shipping. I payed the extra 35 Euro.

Despite paying for DHL Premium shipping I was given a Deutsche Post Shipping number, DE171272000DE. After 6 days the package was returned to EZ-Tools. Despite requesting reasons EZ-Tools till today refuses to confirm why my package was returned to sender.

Why was I charged DHL but given Deutsche Post Standard shipping. Why was the 35 Euro not Returned to myself?

Initially I was charged Tax on my International Purchase. With no communication 83Euro was returned to myself. I will take this matter up with German Authorities.

First Time delivery attempt was a complete Failure, more like a Disaster. A second attempt was made to deliver this package with DHL & DHL Tracking Number.

Despite requesting EZ-Tools make a change in delivery address for the Second Shipping, me offering to pay the price difference in Delivery Address and DHL Confirming change of Delivery Address is possible EZ-Tools not only refused to change delivery address but also stoped communicating regarding this order.

The Sheer Incompetence by EZ-Tools resulted in the package being delivers at the wrong address, Myself having to pay 2 Import Duties and extra Shipping to the new address. Total Damage 577 Euro.

Proceed doing Business with EZ-Tools at your own risk, you have been warned!!!
