Ich brauchte heute auf der Nordseeinsel Langeoog dringend Befestigungsmaterial, da nicht das richtige vor Ort war. Als ich bei Würth in Aurich anrief und meine Lage schilderte, wurde mir sofort geholfen. Sofort wurde ein Taxi von Würth geordert, welches das Material zum Fähranleger nach Bensersiel brachte. Auch die Überfahr wurde seitens der Schifffahrt Langeoog prompt erledigt. So konnte ich nach 2,5 h nach Beauftragung des Taxis mein Befestigungsmaterial auf Langeoog im Bahnhof abholen und konnte weiter ohne Ausfallzeit montieren. Leute, das war Spitze! Großes Kompliment an die Mitarbeiter von Würth! Solch einen Service bekommt man nicht oft… Danke!
