I paid on 11/16/2023, payment processed on 11/17/2023 and the order still hasn't appeared in my account. I wrote to them 2 times. In the end they answered me. it was a technical problem, the link between order and payment, but it has been solved. Reliable store. Worth buying from them

Quick delivery (placed order on the weekend & received it Wednesday morning, within Germany) and I seem to have received a cover for my tablet for free as well. Similar to a previous reviewer, I was uncertain about ordering from an unknown store, but then I found out that the owner is a well known person in the e-reader world & well, my order arrived quickly and with a freebie. Great service!

(I did use paypal for their buyer protection policy just in case, but I didn't need that as everything went smoothly)

It's the second ereader I'm buying from them. Trustworthy and reliable store. There was an issue with a mistakenly delivered item. They handled the situation so well and in no time. Highly recommended and I'll definitely buy from them again.

I was considering ordering a new product (Onyx Boox Note 5) that wasn't quite on the market yet. So I sent an email asking if this was already available or if this would be a pre-order. Waldemar replied to say that they are expecting their first shipment on Friday. Based on his fast reply, I went ahead and ordered it.

Bought a Onyx Poke 3. Excellent device and swift and safe delivery. Had some issues with PayPal, most likely an issue with PayPal. It was quickly sorted out by the store. Definitely not the last time I buy from Ereader Store.

Very fast delivery on all e-reader orders I've made over the years. Pricing is competitive when compared to Amazon etc. After-sales service is particularly good (English-language documentation, firmware downloads and so on.) Excellent service all round!

This is the only ereader shop I could find that had Onyx Boox stuff with decent shipping prices within Europe. My order was shipped very quickly and arrived within specified time. Will definitely shop here again :)

The delivery was almost too fast: I ordered on Monday at night (~11:30 pm), and received my order within 48 hours (on Wednesday in the afternoon)! This was just a shipping from Germany to the Netherlands, but still this was an international delivery and also during the COVID-19 period. That definitely caught me by surprise, in a positive way. Also, the prices are very competitive. The products are the official ones, of course, so you get what you expect. There are no complaints from my side.

My order was fulfilled very quickly; I ordered an ereader on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

Only store in Europe to sell Onyx Boox ereaders (and thus saving 19% VAT and transcontinental transport fee and CO2 emission).
The website looks a bit out dated and is a bit slow, but from what I found on different ebook-forums it is because this is a single person company which focuses on the product. The forum praised the guy behind it, and I agree.

He comprado unas cinco veces en esta tienda a lo largo de los últimos años y siempre he recibido un servicio rápido y atento, han solucionado todas mis dudas y los productos han llegado puntualmente y en perfectas condiciones. Su página web quizá no sea la más bonita, pero en Ereader Store he encontrado siempre los últimos productos de e-ink a buen precio y con envío rápido. Y tienen los productos incluso antes que Amazon. Muy contento.

Ich habe eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit diesem Online-Shop gemacht. Zunächst habe ich etwas gezögert bei einem so kleinen und unbekannten Laden zu bestellen. Ich habe auch kaum Bewertungen im Netz gefunden. Da die alternativen Bezugsquellen für Onyx E-Reader, z.B. über eBay aber die Gefahr bergen, dass man zusätzliche Einfuhrumsatzsteuer zahlt, weil die Verkäufer im Ausland sitzen und Amazon deutlich teurer war, habe ich dann doch hier gekauft. Bei einer Zahlung über PayPal schien mir das Risiko klein. Ich habe am Wochenende bestellt und die Lieferung Dienstag mittags erhalten. Das war extrem schnell. Die Ware war 1a verpackt und nagelneu. Ich habe jetzt sogar noch einen Ansprechpartner im Inland, d.h. eine Adresse für Support und Service. Mein Fazit also: hier kann man gute E-Reader zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen kaufen und hat die Bestellung schnell in der Hand. Ich bin zufrieden.

Ich habe jetzt zum 2. Male beim Ereader Store ein ebook-reader, Marke ONYX gekauft. Beim ersten Mal 2012 ein Onyx Boox M92 und nun ein Onyx Boox Note. Ich muss sagen, ich war wieder sehr positiv überrascht. Die tel. Beratung war sehr gut und sachlich! Verkaufsabwicklung, Versand, alles perfekt und schnell. Auch eine Reparatur bei meinem ersten Gerät verlief reibungslos und schnell, zu guten Preisen. Die Preise für die Geräte sind auch ok und auf jeden Fall den Preis wert! Den ersten eReader hatte ich über 8 Jahre und war voll zufrieden damit. Wenn ich ihn nicht geschrottet hätte (habe mich aus Versehen drauf gesetzt) würde ich ihn immer noch haben. Aber der Neue ist natürlich noch eine Klasse besser. Ich kann den Store auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen!
