They take no responsibility for lost packages and won't compensate anything unless you have paid for extra insurance, which of course is not legal action by any legislation within Germany or EU. DHL that they use would compensate, they just decline to do anything to make it happen and refer to their terms, that are buch of made up rules rhat consumer is not obligated to follow even after accepting them.

Use paypal or credit card so you can dispute, only way ro get your money back. Or better yet, don't use Norrlog for anything to save the trouble.

Fruktansvärd support, eller rättare sagt INGEN support.. Värsta är att vinboden som vi handlat ifrån rekomenderar dessa oseriösa männsikor. Beställde den 6/4, betalade frakten direkt som man skulle. Inte förrän den 21/4 hämtade det upp och än idag den 18/5 har de verken levererat, hör av sig eller svarat på mina 2 mail eller 2 frågor som inloggade på deras sida. ÄNVÄND INTE DOM SOM LEVERNTÖR......
