What a brilliant local Gastropub, located in the centre of beautiful Aachen. The ambiance, food and service were perfect. The Sauerbraten with Red Cabbage was delicious and fresh! And it's only ninety minutes by car from Brussels 😊

Delicious restaurant. The Haxe and black pudding were very good. The waiter was nice and friendly, orders were coming fast.

Little bit noisy place however, it was hard to have conversations without talking loud.

I'm visiting from the US and in this area for the second time, I returned to the same restaurant since I enjoyed it so much last year. I absolutely love their goulash. I also ordered Schnitzel, and my sister and I asked for extra carmelized onions, and the chef hooked us up with a fabulous bowl of the best onions I've ever had! 100% recommend!

Excellent food and good service.i ordered a brunch option ; two fried eggs over roasted potatoes served with a salad. All the food was perfect . The price for the meal was reasonable / competitive.

One of the best German restaurant I have every be in. The schnitzel was juicy and full of flavour, even thr fries were amazing. Crispy. The service was good and the waiter wad friendly and spoke English very well. I can't recommend this place more!! Go her when you want some good traditional food. Beer was also good. The prices are very reasonable too!!

Super friendly and funny staff! Overall good vibes for a traditional German restaurant. The beers were good and so were the food. Generous portions. Had the traditional schnitzel which was crispy and tasty, came with a side salad as well. Also had a kaselspatzl which is like a egg noodle with cheese and potato, paired with their grolsch beer which was very light and refreshing. Overall very stuffed at the end. Prices were pretty decent about 15 euros for a main course which is more than enough to fill you. Can consider sharing if not too hungry.

Awesome place to grab a great meal. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather with some of the best food in the area. Pomes and schnitzel were cooked to perfection. Goulash was flavorful with large chunks of tender meat. Kolsch bier was the icing on the cake to finish off the meal. The service was outstanding. We will be back when we are in town. Thank you.

Good food, at a reasonable price, with an efficient service. They are particularly good at getting your Kolsch beer to your table very quickly which I appreciated greatly. My spicy schnitzel was delicious. I recommend.

Very nice german restaurant where they have all the good german food! We had diner here and we wanted some schnitzels. The service was pretty fast and we got some really nice and good german beers!
My girlfriend is vegeterian and to our suprise they even had vegeterian schnitzels here. Since she is used to vegeterian food being a hit or mis, she was a bit sceptical, however the vegeterian schnitzel was very delicious with the mushroom sauce on it.
And as usual in Germany we got, alongside the main dish, a lot of fries and a really good and large salad.
Would definitely eat here again!

sit outside in the summer evening, quite nice vibe there. The ribs smell so good, we can’t resist to order it. It has a bit sour taste, and quite large portion plus fries. You won’t regret it!

Great spot right in the center of Aachen with friendly service and delicious, traditional German dishes. We went twice during our 10-day stay here. We particularly recommend the Flammkuchen and the Blutwurst (black pudding) which comes with homemade apple sauce and mashed potatoes.

This my first time to visit this restaurant. I need to say Hexa is really delicious with perfect smash potato and sauer cabbage!

When you are here, no one will rush so that you can sit here long time. Good experience!
