Design-Ferienwohnung Stadtvilla Stade

I had a completely wonderful vacation at Anna and David's city villa!
The house is so beautiful and very welcoming, and the place is very comfortable and perfectly decorated with much attention to small details. Even the bathroom is truely one of a kind - it was stunning with a great atmosphere and a lot of space, equipped, and had a super nice bath plus a shower. The kitchen and room were exactly what I needed - I personaly love to cook and bake, and it was a great experience to do so in the city villa, I really felt at home and had all I needed, with plenty of room for everything. The bedroom was great too, the bed was comfy, I had an excellent reading corner, and the garden... Well, I was speechless of how gorgeous and well taken care of it was. One day I also picked some fresh herbs and they were wonderful :)
Needless to say, Anna and David were the most amazing hosts! So nice, welcoming and generous, plus I discovered Anna is a very gifted designer that designed the house herself! I was curious and she was willing to tell me about the design process, and it was really interesting and gave me some great design ideas for my home :)
If you're searching for a vacation apartment, or even a nice cosy place for a work trip - this place is for you! Very very recommended!

We had a great stay at the Stadtvilla. Anna-Lena and David are wonderful hosts, and their place is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal - a short walk from downtown, next to a bakery, and two minutes from the train station.
We will come again!

The place is amazing and the hosts are lovely. fully accommodating, absolutely love the high ceiling and interior design.
Location is top notch too: Walking distance to main parts of Stade, and a convenience store right near by for quick grabs. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ich habe mehrere Monate, hier gewohnt für meinen Job. Es war so angenehm und warmherzig. Tolle Lage, voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Wir haben mehrere Tage in der Stadtvilla Stade verbracht. Diese Ferienwohnung überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht.
Beginnen wir bei der Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich sehr zentrumsnah und fußläufig ist der ÖPNV nach Hamburg zu erreichen.Aber eigentlich braucht man fast nicht nach Hamburg,weil Stade viel zu bietet hat.Trotzdem ist das Haus sehr ruhig,obwohl es an einer Straße liegt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der oberen Etage und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Mix von modern und antik ,sowie "einfach" und Design passt perfekt zu diesem Haus. Die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet, groß und gemütlich. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit genossen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und unsere Tochter fand den drehbaren Designersessel ganz toll.
Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich.Das Badezimmer ist total schön dekoriert. Handtücher waren da.
Die Reservierung lief problemlos und das Vermieterpaar ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in dieser einmaligen Ferienwohnung.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!
Zwei Wochen habe ich hier gewohnt und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Super geeignet für Einzelpersonen, Paare, aber auch für eine Familie.
Die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss der Stadtvilla. Die hohen Decken und die lichtdurchfluteten Zimmer haben es mir besonders angetan, das kommt auch durch die Einrichtung besonders gut zur Geltung. Hier trifft Altbau auf Moderne, Farbakzente und Materialien wie zB. Holz finden sich immer wieder, was das Wohnen stimmig macht.
Alles ist sauber und ordentlich, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und die Küche voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß sind ÖPNV und das Stadtzentrum schnell zu erreichen, auch ein guter Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke.
Das Gastgeber-Paar Anna-Lena und David ist super nett und um einen schönen Aufenthalt sehr bemüht.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super schöne geräumige Wohnung für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Stade

Die Wohnung von David und Anna-Lena ist fantastisch. Uns hat besonders gefallen:
- Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig
- Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist da, alles passt gut zusammen
- Auch ohne Auto ist man wegen der Nähe zu Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof gut untergebracht.
- Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze in der Nähe.
Der Kontakt mit Anna-Lena und David war sehr angenehm. Sie haben uns viel über ihre Stadtvilla aus dem Jahr 1902 erzählt.
Wir sind häufiger in Stade und werden nur noch hier einmieten.
