We had a long layover and took a taxi into town for a coffee and a cake. It wasn’t busy when we arrived so we didn’t feel rushed as others have mentioned. The cashier did make fun at the way my husband ordered the cake but we didn’t let that ruin our day. I loved the vegan cake. It was so good I had to double check what I order was actually vegan. We had a perfect morning sitting outside with our lattes. Can’t wait to go back.

Trying to catch up on our reviews from Frankfurt, Germany. This cafe was one of many we stop at, since I love pastries. The photos speak for themselves on the wide variety of pastries, cakes and pies to choose from. Just loved this place to sit back and enjoy a bite to eat and to watch the world past by. The cafe is located in the northeast corner of Romerberg market square and is a relatively large cafe. The staff was friendly and understanding of my lack of knowledge when it came to the German lanuage, yet they all spoke English. The prices for the pastries was reasonable and not out of line with the area. Highly recommend if you are passing by to take a moment out of your day and take a sit, have a cup of coffee and a taste of pastry, and simply enjoy life.

Nice historic cafe in the heart of Frankfurt old town! The view is just amazing, especially if you’re sitting outside. The food is tasty, desserts are delicious! Their eclairs are huge and worth to taste. Cappuccino was very good! Service is fast and friendly.

Wonderful cappacino, sweet but very good vegan Frankfurter Kranz. Atmosphere is a bit busy with tourists but great view of the square and cozy away from entrance. Staff were polite but busy today with a large group so I waited in line for awhile. Overall great experience 😊

Probably one of the best tasting chocolate brownies I have ever had at a café! I wish I had a some photo evidence to substantiate my claim… but it was devoured way too quickly. I paid €7,60 for a takeaway hot chocolate and a chocolate brownie! Yum!

Fantastic location, great atmosphere, lots of vegetarian and vegan choices for breakfast/brunch/lunch, quiet and cozy. Super recommended, try the mini kanz, typical frankfurt cake (vegan version)!

Love the coffee and fresh desserts. I always end my trip to Frankfurt here. Great view and they have milk substitute accommodations to enjoy a cappuccino. Friendly staff and thanks for the WC.

Nice coffee place in downtown Frankfurt.
It is usually super crowded on the weekends, but on a rainy day, it was easy to order and find a table.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and delicious food and coffee. You can sit for ages. I also appreciated they have a changing table in the women's bathroom. Seems to be rare in Europe.

Really cool place .positive and friendly stuff Little bit busy on the weekend but during the weeks it’s amazing they also serve sandwiches pasta pack compare with the some restaurants around the area is quiet reasonable .👍🏼

I love the variety of cakes in this Cafe. The place is in the center and ideally my stop on Saturday when strolling around the city. The service can speak very well english and friendly as well.

I popped in for a coffee and some apple strudel. Both tasted amazing and the lady who served me was incredibly friendly. Would love to visit again.
