Exceptional service provided by Bruno! The best SA with a great sense of humour and a big heart! He really went above and beyond during our visit on 9th October. I hope he sees this! It’s extremely rare to experience such level of customer service at luxury stores these days. Thank you Bruno for the superb time!

LV, Bruno is a gem you need to keep!

Waiting in line for about 15 minutes, it’s not too long. The day I visited was raining, and they sent us umbrella and drinks while waiting. It was very kind.

Erik Lopez was my sales that day, and he’s so nice. I enjoyed the whole shopping experience, and will definitely have a reservation with him again next time.

New products have arrived a lot, there is no backlog of old models. The staff here are very enthusiastic in consulting and selling, I feel comfortable when purchasing. Payment is also convenient when swiping a card

A lot of bad reviews on Google due to some racism or favouritism but I love my SA. Can't disclose his name but he's so lovely and helpful. Whoever wants to shop here I would say give it a chance and look for someone to stay with. Love that they were giving away Chinese New year calligraphy. Amazing to see a german write Chinese characters 😍 went in for a quick look at yayoi's collection and the decors are amazing hehe

We waited in a short line before being let inside due to store capacity. Immediately after walking inside we were greeted by our sales associate, Esther, who was very friendly and helpful. I knew just about what I wanted so I showed her the photos and she grabbed what I was looking for from the back. As I was looking at each bag she offered us beverages to make our visit more enjoyable. I went back and forth on wallets and she kept bringing new items for me to look at and consider. She was very attentive and a great associate to work with!

Very nice, you may book time before going there as the place is usually crowded evening time. Very expensive as we all know but high quality and high service to.

Expect long waiting time to enter the store but I guess my experience waiting in the cold today was worth it as I was lucky to have him as my client advisor.

Always happy to be here. To avoid long waiting to enter, better get an appointment. I have my personal consultant, so it takes only to message on WhatsApp to be welcomed without delaying. Every time I go here, I know already what I need, but it‘s always nice to check new special collections, drink coffee and just have a chat, so it is not a must to buy. Special events possible with bigger interest of clients when no pandemic of course. Prices can be checked online. I am happy with the quality, style and service. Many thanks to Bruno for welcoming me, he is professional and friendly at the same, makes my shopping good experience.

I was dreading my appointment at Louis Vuitton Frankfurt due to some of the negative reviews here. I visited the store for my appointment in September 2022 and I’m thrilled to say I was very pleasantly surprised! This was my first ever LV experience and it was so good I will 100 per cent come back (when funds allow!) and hopefully get an appointment with Francesco again. He gave excellent service, was so helpful in assisting with my decisions, and I could tell he’s very passionate, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand and his job. I never felt rushed, and felt really well cared for during the experience. I’m so happy with my purchases (medium sized mono bag, mono long wallet, mono/black reversible belt) and the overall experience. I never experienced any attempted ‘upselling’. Francesco was very welcoming and friendly and so were the door staff and front of house staff. I am a middle aged Asian woman, casually dressed and not head to toe in designer stuff, but I received no snooty or snobby attitude from anyone in the store.

We had great experience here, the gentleman who served us was very patient and gave us amazing advice for what we were looking for. He had taken everything so details even after closing hours. I am going to recommend this gentleman for everyone of my friends who are going to get something from this place. 😁

Shiok.. but do consider to build a sun shelter. Is hot to queue outside under the scorching hot sun
