Awesome customer service by the team here, first had my salsa air wheels replaced and then got our Trunk S and hopefully tomorrow a Cabin in titanium. Fantastic repair service! I arrived in Frankfurt with two busted wheels on my 11-year old Topas case. The in-house repair workshop turned around a replacement in under 24 hours after just dropping off the case without an appointment, and in time for onward travel. In a world where too often even expensive goods aren’t repairable, this just blew me away. You earned yourself a repeat customer, price be damned! :-)

best luggage money can buy. don't waste your time looking too much for something that might last for few trips and then trash. I have my cabin bag now for more then 10 years it function just like new, wonderful bag.

I brought in a 3 year old case that had a crack in it. I received excellent service and they immediately replaced my case with the newer model at no extra charge.
Having the case replaced was fantastic, but what really made it special was the excellent manner of the young man who dealt with the return.
I’ve decided only to buy Rimova from now on.
