I had one of the best experiences ever with hotels at Brasserie, the staff were pretty cooperative and friendly, flexible with check-in and check-out, and so generous regarding any upgrades i needed for my booking. The location of the hotel is very good just couple of minutes to the HBF. Definitely i would recommend it and come back to it if i visit Erlangen again

Rooms are bigger than they seem on the photos. Comfort, freshy. The only complain is the floor- it's linoleum, hard and cold to step on. Except that, everything is fine

Very comfortable place, good kitchen and service. Center of the city. All you need for pleasant evening in the company of your friends.

Nice bar, well behaved staff, nice pizza and at the centre. 5 star because i have liked everything i have ordered was yumm, specially vegetarian food. Good place to spend quality time with your loved one. 🥰

Business dinner where we got a couple of the pannenkoeken, bruschetta and I got the steak as my entree. Good food and ambience.

Friendly staff, good food. No English menu but they do speak it and helped me translate. Came back again the next day.
