Funktioniert jetzt nur noch mit einer App. Da war wiedermal ein unterqualifizierter Entscheidungsträger am werk. Der Fachkräftemangel wirkt sich eben auf alle Unternehmen in Deutschland aus. Schade 👎

Packstation der alten Ausführung, Scanner geht oft nicht und Sendungsnummer u.ä. müssen per Hand eingetippt werden, sehr mühsam, die Station auf der anderen Straßenseite bei ALDI ist deutlich besser!

Defekt, heute ausser Betriev, kein Versand möglich. DHL Hotline nimmt Defekt nicht auf und kann keine weiteren Auskünfte erteilen. Bei Einführung der Packstationen gab es noch eigene Hotline mit fähigen Mitarbeitern.
