Today I opened my first bank account in Germany with the help of one of the most kind and professional employee named Nadine Sternberg. She helped me a lot to have a pleasant experience of opening bank account regarding many paper work we have in Germany. She gave me some important information about insurance which encouraged me to get this kind of insurance services from your bank in the future.

The most beautiful branch! All specialists always friendly and helps a lot with all questions and queue goes much faster than on A-platz.

I was assisted by a kind gentleman Mr Niklas Dobroschek. He was very professional. Helped me with reading the German documents and has a good command of English. I had a number of issues which I needed urgently sorted as I relocated away from Germany and he was very patient and sorted everything one after another.

Went there today to open a bank account and was really happy with my experience at this Sparkasse branch. The woman who helped me was not only professional (and she spoke English really well! her name is Kristin Fähmel) but she was also super nice, friendly and resourceful - she answered all of the questions that I had.

This was my first time there. A gentleman named Niklas Dobroschek helped me with numerous banking issues. He spoke perfect English and was extremely patient. I will always to this branch now. Thanks Niklas!

Great office! Friendly and polite staff. I don’t know Deutsch, but Sparkasse staff helped me with opening a bank account. Some of them know English.
One lady explained me about service conditions, answered to my question, and gave me special code to top up my account without physical card!

We were on the phone for an hour with customer service, and we were unable to resolve a problem with our online account access.
