Hotel Hamburger HOF

We loved our stay here! It’s the staff that made the difference especially Michael. Just can’t say enough good things about his hospitality. It’s so conveniently located across from the train station. And they have a lovely dining room with gorgeous windows for breakfast and wine in the evening. I’d go just to hang out in the lobby dining area. Rooms were clean but small which is typical for Europe and economical rates. Definitely go there next time!

I visit in the hotel for a week during a fair , the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was great , i love the stuff, very helpful and kind , room was singel room very small but clean , i will return again sure

I had to book my grandmother into a hotel in Frankfurt due to her missing a train. I mentioned to the Hotel of my old grandmother′s stressful situation, and a lovely lady called Lea went above and beyond in coming up with ideas to make her short stopover feel like home, that I really wouldn′t have expected from a hotel.

It was pure generosity to an old lady travelling by herself, and we very much appreciated it. Thank you, Lea, and to everyone else involved!

As others have written, a solid choice next to the station. Clean, quiet room with two separated beds and friendly staff was hard to beat. Smallest elevator I’ve ever been in (but that’s fun, not a problem). Thanks!

The room was clean and beautiful in every aspect. The stuff were exceptional to the slightest of details I tried on them. The answered every possible question I had and never caused any kind of problem. Truly amazing.

Location is fantastic! Located just opposite the train station and you can see it from the exit. The people at the reception are warm and friendly. Price is reasonable for Frankfurt. Loved the simple and classic interior design. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to you :)

The staff is really nice. The room is small but exquisite, and clean. If you have 2-3 days trips, I recommend this hotel. 1 min to train main station by walking.

Love this hotel. It was cosy, comfortable and the air conditioner was working well (could be adjusted). The reception was friendly and helpful. No request was too small, we asked to borrow a set of forks and spoons. It was provided without hesitation. We asked if we could microwave some bread, and the lady at the reception tells us to bring it to her so that she can do it for us in the kitchen. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean. Location was fantastic- just next to the main train station.

Unexpected stay at this hotel for 1 night due to train cancellation. Comfortable bedroom, quiet, and the staff members were more than nice (they served us the breakfast before it opened because we had an early train to catch)

Stayed here a week. Perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, modern, and as cheap as you are going to get in the area. It's right across the street from the main transit hub. Staff was super nice.

Surprisingly quiet for a large busy hotel. Book directly for best rates. Rooms are tiny but very well designed and clean. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good for being included with room price. Would stay here again when in Frankfurt.

Great location, right next to the train station. Not too far from City center as well - around 15 minutes of walk. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is good as well. The sound isolation is good.

I stayed in the hotel for three days. It was clean hotel with helpful staff. I checked in a bit early, at around 11.30 am. I did not expect the room to be ready. To my surprise, they said the room was ready. I was so happy about that as I was very tired. Breakfast was good. The room was equipped with an air conditioner.It was particularly important as Frankfurt was quite hot those days. I am satisfied with everything in the hotel, except that the room was rather small. But overall, it was definitely worth the money.

Clean, Modern Rooms. Steps away from the Train Station

I stayed here for 6 nights on Dec 2013. My husband stayed here 2 years ago. If we ever find ourselves in Frankfurt again, we will still stay here. The rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally a few steps away from the Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof. As a solo traveler, this is perfect when I arrived very late from Paris. I felt safe walking from the train station to the hotel.

Great location, perfect for train travel and easy access (20 minutes' walk) to the museum area and city center. Surprisingly quiet and safe for a busy area, too—my window looked out to the police station. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for simple, safe, clean accommodation.

It's right next to the main station. But even if your window is facing the station you wont hear anything if your window is closed. In summer you can use the aircon to cool down. The room itself is quiet small but there is no need for more space if you only need it for sleep. Breakfast is small but has a little bit of everything plus a very friendly table service which will offer you tea or coffee.

Super hotel, handy for the train station and good restaurants. Hotel reception and staff welcoming, friendly and professional. Comfortable bed and rooms clean - loved the infra red lamp in the en suite. Excellent breakfasts. Highly recommend!

Easy to find from Frankfurt Main, and walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist finds. Front desk staff was friendly and spoke English very well. Room was standard size for Europe and bathroom was nice and big and they even had a crib set up for our daughter upon arrival. Quite loud outside but that is to be expecte for the prime location. Highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet. Both German and American breakfast served and the woman who maintained the buffet was beyond amazing. The first morning she asked us our room number and drink order and the next 3 mornings she remembered....even our room number! Great bang for your buck, would definitely recommend and stay here again.
