Sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Reifenwechsel zu Hause bin ich mit dem Felgenschloss abgerutscht und habe dieses ein wenig deformiert - somit konnte ich die letzten beiden Reifen von Hand nicht mehr lösen. Bei Jacobs haben sie mir unentgeltlich geholfen und die letzten beiden Reifen mit ihren Möglichkeiten schnell gewechselt. Vielen Dank :)
