Katastrophaler Kundenservice!!! Termin am Telefon ausgemacht und Monteur kam einfach nicht :-(. Auf telefonischer Nachfrage ( ca. 1 1/2 Stunden später nach eigentlichen Termin) wo denn der Monteur bleibt, wurde mir gesagt das man mich vergessen hat und der Monteur heute nicht mehr kommt und das es auch am nächsten Tag zu keinen Ausweichtermin käme. Anscheinend hat diese Firma vergessen was Dienstleistung bedeutet. Ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen!!! Finger weg.
