First Inn Zwickau

We had a very pleasant stay with some colleagues at this hotel. Good quality, good accessibility and everything up to standard. The restaurant was a bit pricy but high quality. But what was most appreciated, is the adorable and ever so friendly and joyfull staff. This made the experience ever so satisfying. A must-stay !

I travel for work quite extensively, and so I am used to the staying and going of hotels, which means that often times, the services are not so good and the stay is dampened by the cold vibe you can often get at hotels. However, I must say that First Inn in Zwickau is quite exceptional. The rooms are fantastic, the staff incredibly polite, friendly, and willingly helpful. The location is prime- you’re a few minutes walk away from the market square and most of the highlights of the city. I’m very impressed how smooth the hotel made my stay in the city, and I definitely want to give a shout-out to the amazing staff who are absolutely fantastic. Five Stars all the way. It’s a shame other hotels can’t hold up to the standard that First Inn has, even when they’re more than 4 stars.

First Inn's of Zwickau staff is well trained, courteous, and informative. The hotel is medium to small size with a charming yet very modern feel. The hotel's restaurants have awesome service and excellent food as well as great views of the old village.

In my 1 month stay in FirstInn apartment, I loved their services and facilities. Good English speaking staff and always available. Issue with services over phone, but manageable. In the Heart of City. Christmas market located in the entry gate.

Very beautiful place, so sweety, so modern, so comfortable. The rooms were large and bright with many services (hair, hair phones, beetler, coffee, mini bar). Staying here during our holidays in Zwickau was super!!
