Meist alles gut und genug Platz, jetzt im Dezember leider oft kein Platz (Ankommen und Versenden) dann muss man doch wieder in die Filiale. Gerne mehr Fächer oder neue dezentralere Stationen.

Meistens funktioniert die Packstation und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Allerdings ist sie öfter überfüllt oder wegen Reparaturen oder sonstigem außer Betrieb. Einmal ist auf Grund der Reparatur sogar eine Sendung verloren gegangen, was für mich nicht nachvollziehbar war.

The Tale of my experience with DHL A package is sent from portugal to me with urgency (so i paid more for that) on thursday i recive a card saying they tried to deliver and they didn't catch me(until now everything normal). I call them and 5 calls after i manage to reschedule for friday after 17:00h. they said no problem. Friday i arrived home and another paper saying that deliver missed me. I call them and this time after 4 calls I manage to reschedule for saturday morning, they said: I´m so sorry for the mistake tomorrow you will receive the package. I waited saturday all morning. At 12:00 no package! so I called again after 3 calls. They said: we do not know what happen we will send it today in the afternoon. I waited... at 15:00 I decided to call again and after 6 calls they tell me: oh! we do not deliver on saturday we can only deliver it to you on monday. I asked to fille a complain and to receive the pakage monday after 17:00. they said: yes, you will receive the package monday after 17:00 and also someone will call you so that you can do the complain. Monday i arrived home and surprise, surprise no pakage and they did not call. I call them and (this time after one call- improvement here) they tell me you where not home, we do not deliver after 17:00 and if you want to complain must be the sender to do so. Now i reschedule an other deliver. let´s see if the pakage will araive... In Conclusion: do not send a package from DHL a normal mail will arrive sooner and you don't need to pay extra.

The drivers never want to go onto the US military post. AVOID at all cost. Use FedEx or UPS. At least you will get a call if the drive can't drive into post.
