Awesome helpful and really friendly service. All the time necessary to give professional advice to customers. Great selection of products those are pretty hard to find anywhere else. Even in internet. And that is, internet isn't as helpful and trustworthy as real persons with experience you can come back to and ask questions. Die Auswahl ist enorm. Wenn man trotzdem nach etwas noch Speziellerem sucht, wird man hier sehr freundlich beraten. Es gibt auch eine Abteilung mit Kühlung, so dass zum Beispiel auch Milchprodukte etc. erhältlich sind. Wer also spezielle Ernährungsvorlieben hat - zum Beispiel in Richtung Low Carb, Vegan oder einfach chemielos, wird hier fündig.

Im Vergleich zu den "Grossen". Bacher hat den besten "richtigen" Karkadeh-Tee. Habe hier leider öfter die Sätze gehört die Kunden nicht hören möchten: "Weiss ich nicht'" (!) und "Haben wir nicht". Preise sehr überzogen. Bio, Vegan, Fixkosten oder nicht aber 125g Kekse für 3,29... Nope. Kurz und knappe Bedienung.
